# 🚀 Software Release Overview: 16.92.00 🚀

We're pleased to share the system improvements included in this version.

### SCHADS Award and Advanced Timesheets

**Fix: Night rate applied to whole shift next to a sleepover**

We've resolved an issue where, if the gap between supports was within the "minimum break between shifts before applying broken shift" setting and one of the supports was next to a sleepover, the night rate was applied to the whole shift instead of the correct rate.

**Fix: Broken shift working beyond a 12 hr span before a sleepover**

Hours worked beyond a 12 hour span immediately before a sleepover were being paid at the Night rate. The Broken shift working beyond a 12 hr span rate now applies. The 12 hour span is measured on elapsed time, including the sleepover.

**Fix: Broken shift working beyond a 12 hr span on Sundays and Public Holidays Rates no longer stack.**

Where hours beyond a 12 hour span fall on a Sunday or Public Holiday, only one rate applies, being the higher of the applicable rates (for Public Holidays, the Public Holiday rate).

**Fix: Minimum engagement before and after a sleepover**

The four hour minimum engagement is now applied around a sleepover where neither the work before nor the work after the sleepover reaches four hours. Only one side needs to reach the four hour minimum.

**Fix: Overtime triggering at an incorrect threshold**

We've resolved an issue where overtime in Advanced Timesheets could trigger at 56 hours rather than at the applicable SCHADS Award overtime thresholds.

**Fix: Broken shift working beyond a 12 hr span label**

Hours worked beyond a 12 hour span now remain clearly labelled as Broken shift working beyond a 12 hr span on timesheets, even when they fall into an overtime category, so the rate applied is easy to verify.

**Fix: Earnings type for broken shift working beyond a 12 hr span**

Broken shift working beyond a 12 hr span is now created in Xero as an Overtime earnings type, with casual loading - overtime applied for casual employees, rather than being treated as an Ordinary earnings type.

**Xero Fix: Generate Missing Rates error**

We've resolved an error ("A value for qualifying earnings must be provided") that could occur when selecting Generate Missing Rates under Earnings Rate Assignment Settings, related to a new Xero requirement effective 1 July 2026.

### Support at Home

**Fix: Statement not generated when a budget starts after the 1st of the month**

A monthly statement is now generated for any month in which at least one budget was open, including a budget that starts part-way through the month, even if no services were delivered.

**Fix: Incorrect funding source in Bulk Export after a service change**

When the service on a Support at Home support is changed (for example via a case note), the Bulk Export now shows the correct funding source.

**Fix: Statement showing incorrect usage against a budget**

We've resolved an issue where a Support at Home statement could show usage against a Home Care Account budget that had not been used, following an amended claim.

### DEX

**Fix: Meals services not exporting to DEX**

We've resolved an issue where Meals services could appear in the DEX export preview but the export would fail with a "no eligible clients" message.

**Fix: DEX export error for large exports**

We've resolved an error that could cause a DEX export to fail when it included a large number of sessions, with a message that the maximum number of parameters had been exceeded.

### Reports

**Fix: Case notes report link going to a "Page not found" error**

We've resolved an intermittent issue where the link to a queued Export Case notes report (Reporting > Participants) went to a "Page not found" error.
