Support at Home

Cancelling a claimed support as non-billable is now blocked If a support has been exported and claimed but not yet reversed, it can no longer be cancelled as non-billable.

A message explains that the claim needs to be cancelled or reversed through the Services Australia Aged Care Provider first. Once the refund comes back in a payment XML file, the budget balance updates automatically and the support can then be cancelled. The message now stays on screen until dismissed.

Fix: Non-billable cancelled supports counted in Budget Usage

Supports cancelled with a non-billable cancellation reason are now excluded from Support at Home Budget Usage (Not Checked and All), including where the support's cancellation status was changed before being set to non-billable again.

Fix: Incorrect budget used amounts

We've resolved an issue where the budget used amount on a participant's profile could be incorrect when there were multiple payment claims and reversals across supports.
