# Staff Logs

You can see what staff are currently logged in to the CareMaster portal or the Worker app.


This information is available under Data >  Logs >

To view staff who are logged into the portal select Current CareMaster Users

You can see the portal users who are logged in, the total amount of licenses and how many licences in total are being used. You can also view the time the user logged in and the IP address.

To view staff who are logged into the portal select Worker Logs

On the current worker locations you can see the worker app users who are logged in, the total amount of worker app licenses in use. The map shows the last located registered by the worker app.

You can select X Log worker out of App to force the log out of the app user

Please note that by **forcing a logout**, the worker will be logged out immediately. This means that there is a potential for **information to be lost** if the worker is in the middle of typing a case note or collecting signature/km information. We recommend that you **ONLY** use this as a last resort or if you are fairly confident that they are not using the application.

On the Worker location history you can see historical log in data and historical location data.
