# Step 1: NDIS Service Import

If your organisation provides NDIS services, the CareMaster NDIS Service Import feature streamlines the process of importing your services directly into the system. This feature also enables you to easily update the existing service items each time a new NDIS Support Catalogue is released.

Please note that only users with System Administrator access can perform the NDIS Service Import.

To assist you in using this feature, we’ve provided step-by-step video guides below.

## The Third video is - Updating existing NDIS Service Items in CareMaster (Optional)

In this training video, you will be guided through updating your existing NDIS service items for NDIA Managed, Plan Managed, and Self Managed service organisations. Be sure to repeat this process each time the NDIS releases a new Support Catalogue.
