# Support At Home - Implementation Updates - Live

Review this page to keep track of any upcoming changes or latest fixes applied when implementing the Support At Home product in CareMaster.

### 1st November

We’re pleased to announce that Support at Home features are now live in CareMaster (version 16.67.03).

During final production verification testing, we identified an additional PRODA configuration step that may require your attention.

New PRODA Step Required: Enable Aged Care Web Services

As previously communicated, access to aged care participant and reference data in CareMaster requires:

* A B2B Device registered in PRODA for use with CareMaster
* An AC027 form approved by Services Australia
* CareMaster authenticated with PRODA

We’ve now identified one additional requirement:

* Add “Aged Care Web Services” as a service provider for your organisation in PRODA

Full instructions for completing this step are available in our updated support article: <https://support.caremaster.com.au/en-us/articles/actions-for-caremaster-aged-care-providers-transitioning-from-home-care-packages-hcp-to-support-at-home-sah-We3JCTk5Gx>

Once All Four Steps Are Complete You’ll be able to:

* Successfully sync both Support at Home reference data and participant information via Participants > Support at Home
* Begin creating supports and viewing budgets within CareMaster

If you experience any issues, please visit our Help Centre and submit a ticket for assistance.

Important Notes

* Some participant budget data may not be immediately visible and could take several days to fully populate.
* Data in CareMaster will align with the Aged Care Provider Portal (ACPP).
* We recommend comparing your data with the ACPP before raising any issues.
* You may need to re-sync participants periodically to ensure the latest data is displayed.
