# Support at Home – Release Update 30th October

We’d like to keep you informed about what to expect in the coming days as we prepare for the **Support at Home** launch on **Saturday, 1 November**.

### **Before Launch**

If you haven’t already, please:

1. **Connect CareMaster to your PRODA account**, and

2. **Submit the AC027 form** to Services Australia requesting access to aged care web services via CareMaster.
__[For more information, visit our Help Centre.](https://support.caremaster.com.au/en-us/articles/actions-for-caremaster-aged-care-providers-transitioning-from-home-care-packages-hcp-to-support-at-home-sah-We3JCTk5Gx)__

### **Scheduled Updates**

**From 7:00 PM AEDT, Friday 31 October**
Our support team will update CareMaster for known service providers migrating from HCP to Support at Home in preparation for launch.

**Note:** Access to new Support at Home features will be temporarily disabled during this time.

### **From Midday AEDT, Saturday 1 November**
After the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing and Services Australia complete their scheduled outage (ETA midday Saturday), the CareMaster team will conduct **production verification testing** to confirm connectivity with aged care web services.

* If testing is successful, we’ll send an email confirmation.

* If any issues arise, we’ll notify you promptly with an expected resolution time.

Once testing is complete, **Support at Home services will be enabled** in CareMaster, allowing you to:

* Sync participant data

* Begin creating Support at Home supports

### **Post-Launch: 1–5 November**

Please note: some participant budget data may not be visible immediately at launch and could take several days to fully populate.

* Data in CareMaster will align with the **Aged Care Provider Portal (ACPP)**.

* We recommend comparing your data with the ACPP before raising any issues.

* You may need to **re-sync participants periodically** to ensure the latest data is reflected.

Our support team will be **on standby** throughout the launch period. If you encounter any issues, please **submit a ticket via our Help Centre**.
