# Syncing Services and Service Organisations

The Support at Home program follows a defined service list that specifies the services available to participants and those that fall outside the program’s scope.

This service list applies to ongoing Support at Home services, the Restorative Care Pathway, and the End-of-Life Pathway.

Having a clear service list ensures that both Support at Home providers and older Australians understand what services are available under the program.

The service list is divided into three categories, each with specific service types and participant contribution arrangements:

* **Clinical**
* **Independence**
* **Everyday Living**

CareMaster has drafted a list of the available services broken down into their categorisation and will be uploading them into your CareMaster for you.

Please note this is *draft* information as we are awaiting the release of the complete Pricing Guide

Separate service organisations for each Funding Category

We will add these into your system against their Funding Source – you will need to update the pricing as per your organisations billing practices

In CareMaster go to Participants > Support At Home > Data> Reference Data

For the time being, add the Unit Type and Unit Cost in the Wraparounds section when creating a new support.

We will cover this in more detail in our Creating a SAH Support guide.
