## Booking/s not displaying on the run-lists within the TRIPS Web Application: 

**Step 1 -** From the main menu select *“Allocations”*.

**Step 2 -** Navigate to the date that the booking/s not populating on the run sheet are on and click on the run to view all allocated bookings. 

**Step 3 -** Locate the booking that is missing from the run sheet and click on the icon beside the Clients name to open the *“Booking Details”* window.

**Step 4 -** Check the status of the booking. Ensuring *‘'future’'* is selected and not *‘'waiting verification’'* .
