# 📘 Customer Care Team Contact Information 

For any support-related inquiries or issues, please contact our dedicated Customer Care Team using one of the following contact options.

## **Option 1:** **TRIPS Web Help Centre**

By clicking on the *“Help Centre”* button within your TRIPS Web application and typing in your question. If there is no appropriate answer returned, click *‘'Contact Support’'* and from there you will be able to log a ticket.

## **Option 3:** **Customer Care Team via Phone**

By calling the phone number issued to you by your Customer Success Specialist. (Reminder to please use the Help Centre first before calling the Customer Care Team, unless you have an urgent issue).
