# **To deactivate a Driver in the TRIPS Web application:** 

**Step 1 -** From the main menu select “*Drivers>All Drivers”*.

**Step 2 -** Once within the *“All Drivers”* page select your driver from the list to open their profile. 

**Step 4 -** By clicking on the three vertical dots menu a drop down will appear giving you the option to *“Deactivate Driver”*.

**Step 5 -** When *“Deactivate Driver”* is selected, the following message will appear for you to confirm that you want to proceed and advising that the Driver will be de-allocated from any runs they are assigned to. Select *“Deactivate Driver”*.

**PLEASE NOTE:** 
**Reactivate -** To reactivate the Driver, open the desired deactivated drivers profile and click the *“Reactivate Driver”* button within the banner at the top of their profile.
