# TRIPS Web - Incident Management

## Incident Management Page

Incident Management makes it easier to capture, manage and monitor incidents from within the platform. Incidents can be reported from the Driver App and managed through the TRIPS Web Portal, providing a central place to review, update and track incidents from start to finish.
