The TRIPS Web Message Centre allows Drivers and Office Users to communicate instantly between the TRIPS Driver + App and the TRIPS Web application. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on sending and receiving messages within the TRIPS Web application.

Messages sent from the TRIPS Web Message Centre are delivered directly to drivers via the TRIPS Driver + App, just as messages sent from drivers in the app are received in the Web Message Centre. This ensures timely and consistent two-way communication. PLEASE NOTE: There are currently no Region restrictions for the Message Centre Functionality.
