# TRIPS Web - Organisation Settings - How to Create a Booking Tag

For the recommended process when creating booking tags. please follow the below guide - 


**TO NOTE:** User must have the correct permissions to create Booking Tags. If you do not have access, please contact your management team for assistance. 


### Step 1 - Navigate to Booking Tag Settings

Click on your name in top right corner of the application > click on *‘'Organisation Settings’’* > Click on *“Manage Booking Tags”*

### Step 2 - Create a Booking Tag 

* Click on *‘‘Add Booking Tag’’*

* Enter a code for your tag e.g. your tag may be for a social outing that costs $10.00. Code could be *‘‘SOC10’’* > enter a description e.g. Tag to be used for social outings that costs $10.00, description could be *‘‘Social $10.00’’* > click on *‘‘Save tag’’*

### Step 3 - Create a Billing Rule that uses the Booking Tag you created
