# TRIPS Web - Services - How to complete HACC Reporting

To complete your HACC Reporting (Victorian Providers), please follow the below steps - 


**Step 1 -** Click on your name > click on *‘‘Services’’* > click on *‘‘Create HACC MDS Report’’*

**Step 2 -** Select the *”Reporting Year”* from dropdown list > select the*“Reporting Quarter”* from dropdown list > select the*“Reporting Funding Type”* from dropdown list > Click on *“Download”*

**Step 3 -** Click on *“Save report”* > Update *“Report title”* if you wish > If you already have a folder created, click on the folder from the drop-down list. If you don’t have a folder already created, type in a folder name to the *“Select folder”* field and then click on the Folder that is green (this will then created the folder for future use) > click *“Export”*

**Step 4 -** Click on *‘‘Email me’’* if you wish to receive your report via email (to note, this report will not take long to download)

**Step 5 -** Once your export is complete, click on *‘‘Download’’*

**Step 6 -** Your report will now be available in your downloads folder. You are ready to upload your file
