# Understanding your HCP Statement

The HCP statement is designed to meet the information and design requirements as recommended by Services Australia.

It also has inclusion of additional information so it better aligns with the recommendations from the Dept Health and Aged Care.

The first page of the statement is designed to be clear with larger font and easy to read sections to reassure your customers and reduce any unnecessary questions. It includes an overall statement period account summary.

The third (and possibly next few pages) are related to the Services provided for your participant and itemised for further review as needed.
