# v 16.07

The following enhancements and fixes apply to CareMaster and its products.

# **Improvements**

Children's Services Award

* TS-3821 - New allowances and changes up to November 2022 have been added to the Children’s Service Award MA000120.

Reports

* TS-4077 - The Worker Hour Summary report has been updated to provide a filter on worker status, however regardless of the filter if a worker has hours they will always be included.

Roster

* TS-4108 - Two new settings has been added to allow the organisation to set the default roster view and the first day to be shown in the calendar.

Supports

* TS-3914 - A change has been made when creating Supports, the “Non-Labour Transport Costs Service” field now only shows services in the participant’s approved services rather than showing all transport services.

Working With Children Checks

* TS-3908 - A change has been made with WWCC so that the link to the government portal is based on the state that the customer resides in.

XERO

* TS-3918 - An enhancement has been added allowing you to set different Invoice line item templates for each Charge By, so that for example an invoice line item can have a different description for Hourly services versus services charged by Week. For more information on how templates are selected, click the ? button next to a template entry.



# **Worker App**

* TS-4155 - Fixed an issue on the Worker App where some PDF documents could not be opened.
* TS-4082 - Resolved an issue where if a worker entered their break retroactively a day or more later, then the break would appear on that day instead of the day of the support.
* TS-4156 - A fix was made that prevent some Supports from starting on the Worker App. This was due to a backend problem after the last update.
* TS-4180 - A fix was made to the Worker App when a worker opened news, where notifications were not being sent to let others know.
* TS-4181 - Fixed an error where a worker attempted to complete a Support that did not already have a start timestamp.
* TS-4182 - An error was occurring when highlighting the days a worker has Supports for on the monthly calendar as dots. The exact error is not known however the code has been strengthen to accommodate date parsing.
* TS-4183 - Fixed an error when completing Supports that had wakeup services attached.
* TS-4193 - A fix was made where two settings "Require case note on support end" and “Hide Availability” where not changing when edited.
* TS-4220 - A fix was made when a worker was completing a Support when qualified as auto approved, and the Support was a awake Support.


# **Fixes**

Case Notes

* TS-4117 - A fix has been made where changing pages in the participant profile \\ case notes prevented the search from filtering records.

General

* TS-4122 - A fix was made where the help within CareMaster could not access the knowledge base articles.
* TS-4164 - A fix was made where informational messages could not be dismissed.

Invoices

* TS-4116 - An issue was fixed where supplemental supports (Non-labour transport costs, travel time, and centre capital costs) were not following their parent’s cancellation status, such that supplemental supports could not be marked as cancelled.
* TS-4221 - Fixed a bug where invoices were not consolidated correctly.

NDIS

* TS-4153 - A fix has been made when searching dates in the NDIS export the system would display a parsing error.
* TS-4170 - An issue was fixed where the NDIS export preview would attempt to include plan and self managed services in the NDIS export. Also an issue was fixed causing an error when attempting to preview NDIS exports when a support in the list was cancelled without a cancellation code.

Participants

* TS-4078 - Fixed a bug where users could not open some participant profiles when chat messages existed from a worker who no longer exists in the system.

Properties

* TS-4025 - A fix has been made when editing property history, if the user forgets to select a participant, a friendly user message is displayed.

Reports

* TS-3873 - A fix was made to the Employment Hero Report where the selected dates were not inclusive.
* TS-4158  - The Worker Summary Hours Report has been fixed where Supports that spanned over midnight was missing 1 minute when separating hours across the days.

Supports

* TS-4116 - An issue was fixed where supplemental supports (Non-labour transport costs, travel time, and centre capital costs) were not following their parent’s cancellation status, such that supplemental supports could not be marked as cancelled.
* TS-4126 - A fix was made to prevent Support Broadcasts SMSs from being sent twice to the same worker.
* TS-4165 - A fix was made to Supports and provide it with transport cost service and then reopened the record, the transport service cost would sometimes not appear in the field and then when saving the child Support would be removed.
* TS-4173 - A fix was made where only one Support is exported when running the Service Event Export.
* TS-4079 - Various fixes and tightening of code around cancellations including:
  * When you mark a support as cancelled, it will fill in the cancellation data. If the support was already marked as cancelled with cancellation data, that data will not be overwritten.
  * When you mark a support as not cancelled, the cancellation data is removed
  * When you mark a recurring support as cancelled and use “Also update status inputs” the cancellation data is applied to the supports in the recurring chain, without overwriting existing cancellation data.
  * When you mark a recurring support as not-cancelled and use “Also update status inputs” the cancellation data is removed from the supports in the chain.
  * When you save a recurring support and do not use “Also update status inputs” the cancellation data is not applied to the other supports in the chain.
  * When you mark a support as cancelled that has supplemental supports, the supplemental supports are marked as cancelled and have the cancellation data applied to them.
  * When you mark a support as not cancelled that has supplemental supports, the supplement supports are marked as not-cancelled and have the cancellation data removed.
  * When saving a recurring support with transport supplemental supports using the “also update transport inputs” and “overwrite” options, supports in the chain that do not have the given supplementals will have them added.

Timesheets

* TS-4134 - A fix was made to timesheet data where some Supports were checked and cancelled but were not cancelled with a non-payable code.
* TS-4069 - An issue was fixed whereby the timesheets would snip breaks out of the wrong period, when the break was made using the worker app for an earlier date. ( Advanced timesheets )

Workers

* TS-4110 - Fixed a bug where the Next and Previous buttons on the Staff/Volunteers \\ List page did not work depending upon the data of certain worker records.

XERO

* TS-3967 - A fix was made to Xero Timesheets where Send All Pending was sometimes not sending the last timesheet.
