If total end kilometres is not provided, but start and end odometer readings are entered (PromptForOdometer setting turned ON), total kilometres will be calculated based on the difference between end and start odometer readings entered. If both total end kilometres AND start/end odometer readings are not provided, total kilometres will be calculated based on GPS coordinates (Requires Mandatory Background GPS setting to be turned ON).

When Auto Calculate Kilometers setting is turned OFF:

If total end kilometres is manually entered by worker (PromptForEndKilometers setting turned ON), timesheet/support will use this amount. If End Kilometres is not provided, but start and end odos are provided (PromptForOdometer setting turned ON), total kilometres will be calculated based on the difference between end and start odometer readings entered. If both total end kilometres AND start/end odometer readings are not provided, the total kilometres on timesheet/support will be left as 0.

**Auto Checked Distance Limit (Kilometers)**

Determines how close does the actual distance travelled for a support needs to be with the scheduled distance before the support gets marked as 'Checked' automatically

**Auto Checked Minute Limit**

If a support is started and ended within the minute limit specified, it will automatically check the support.

**Auto Checked Distance Limit**

If the app is not open and active on the phone during a support i.e. in the background, CareMaster can still obtain the GPS location and record it.

If turned on, this setting means that workers are tracked during a support while the app is open and active and visible on the phone screen i.e. not in the background.
