There are a few things that may prevent a staff member from seeing documents on the worker app.

There are a few things that may prevent a staff member from seeing documents on the worker app.

* Ensure the setting in Settings > Worker App settings - Show Client documents is on. If you are a worker please discuss this with your internal Caremaster Administrator 
* Documents that have been archived can not be seen on the worker app
* Ensure the Document has been uploaded with the setting “Visible to Workers”
