✨New Features:

Rich Text Formatting Enabled for Client Comments

A HTML editor has been added to Client Comments, enabling rich text formatting such as hyperlinks, styling, and other enhancements. This allows users to create more detailed and visually formatted comments. this formatting will be visible when the comment is selected for viewing.

Audio Files Supported for Client Attachments

Support has been added for audio files (including wav.) within Client Profile → Attachments. This allows providers to upload and store audio recordings, such as consent recordings or call notes, directly against a client record.

Uploaded audio files will appear in the attachments list alongside other file types and can be downloaded as required. Existing file size limits, permissions, and attachment security controls continue to apply. Unsupported file types will still be rejected.

🛠️Updates and Improvements:

Client Comments Not Displaying in Query Builder

An issue was identified where client comments were not being returned in the Query Builder due to a naming conflict between database columns.

The database column has now been renamed to remove the conflict, ensuring client comment data is correctly retrieved and displayed in reports.

Query Builder - “Email Me”

Resolved an issue where selecting “Email Me” in Query Builder returned the error “This action is unauthorised”. Users can now successfully receive reports via email without needing to wait for the download to complete.

Report Download Fix

Resolved an issue where certain reports were failing to download. Reports can now be downloaded successfully without failure.
