## **📃** **Document Categories and Restrictions ⛔** 
*Restrict documents to specific users with categorisation options:* 

*This feature allows users to reduce the visibility and access to a Document or Case note type by adding a Worker Category. Only if that worker has the worker category added to their worker profile, can they then access and view the corresponding Document or Case Note type with the same associated worker category applied*

* Limit user access to specific documents by implementing internal criteria for authorised viewing. 
* Associate specific documents with an individual worker's profile 
* Managers may attach documents with specific employees 
* Limit worker uploads to specific categories
* Workers can access these documents through the support worker app if granted permission 
* Inaccessible to users without approval. 


## **📈 Improved Report Extraction:** 

The enhanced report extraction now includes a queuing system for generating and processing large data files efficiently. Users can multitask while files are processed in the background, improving efficiency for businesses regularly analyzing and extracting reports.

* Notifications identifying a report extraction has started and is occurring in the background. 


* Alert in application for users when report extraction is completed 
* This update will be systematic across all report types in due course. 


## **📝 $0 Total Services & Invoicing** 

A new feature setting allows services marked at $0 to no longer trigger the generation of an invoice.

Informational texts and notifications updated based on provider feedback: In response to feedback regarding their ambiguous nature, a variety of texts and notifications resulting from actions have been revised.

This update incorporates the latest modifications to the DEX, specifically pertaining to adjustments in gender categories. Users are now able to revise their selection criteria by navigating to Admin \\ Integrations \\ DEX \\ Reference Data and selecting the \[Sync reference data\] button. This action will facilitate the download of the updated genders from DEX, ensuring seamless alignment with CareMaster's modifications. Customers are encouraged to execute this at their convenience, eliminating the necessity to postpone until their next DEX upload.
