There are a few actions CHSP providers need to take to ensure you are prepared for the mandatory DEX reporting changes occurring 1 July. We’ve provided additional information below to guide you through the necessary changes.

Update your outlets with new Services/Program Activities in DEX. Familiarise yourself with this process and make the changes now if you can.  


### **__Step 2 - from 1 July 2025__**   

Sync your DEX outlets and activities with CareMaster. 


### **__Step 3 – From 1 July 2025__** 

Complete your Claiming after 30th June, then update your existing Services and Supports with the new Outlets and Activities.  

NOTE: There is a potential cross over period so you need to make sure you have completed the June 2025 DEX export and completed Steps 1 & 2 before updating your Supports from 01.07.205 forward.
