From 1 November, access to Support at Home (SaH) features will require connectivity with PRODA to utilise Aged Care web services via Services Australia.


 Here is a timeline of the SaH system changes rollout:

**When = Available Now**

* B2B Device registration via PRODA​. 


* Register with Services Australia for Aged Care Web Services​. 


* PRODA authentication in CareMaster​. 
  System-generated service organisation synced with SaH service list​. 
* Participant care recipient summaries, budgets, supplements, approved services and contribution percentages. 
* Create SAH supports with all new SaH data inputs​. 
  Adding SaH service lists to existing or new service organisations​. 
* Configuring price ranges for SaH Services​. 
* Track spending against participant budgets​. 
  Bulk export via csv for Service Australia invoicing/claims *(note: aged care portal not available for invoicing and claiming until 1 December).* ​
* Reconciliation of payments via payment statement upload​. 
  Participant Contribution Invoicing via Xero (and upload to MYOB, Keypay/EH)​. 
  Services Australia integration for invoices and claiming via CareMaster


**When: Early 2026 (TBA)​**

* Evidence storage for invoices, receipts, quotes, prescriptions.
  Participant Monthly Statements ​
* AT and HM Wraparound services as standalone/parent supports​. 
* Viewing provider care management pooled budget balances​. 
* Decommissioning of legacy HCP Services​.
