Creating additional Service Organisations & Services for SaH

Services Australia have provided a list of available services and these have been imported into CareMaster for you.

There may be the need to create additional SaH service items for non normal periods such as Saturday / Sunday / Public Holidays.

You can do this by going to Admin > Service Organisations

Select + New Service Organisation

The page has been split into sections:

Details

Add in Name / Code / NDIS Registration number (if applicable) / ABN (if applicable) / set as default

Address

Add in Address and phone information

Roster Display

Untick Use default roster colour to make all services your choice of displayed colour

Support At Home

Tick this box to allow this Service Organisation to connect to the Services Australia’s Support At Home service items.

You can then select which item category to use for this one.

*Each Service Organisation can only have 1 SaH item categories.

Adding Services - press Save to continue

Then Manage Services

Now you can + Add New Service

Select the Service Funding of Support At Home funded, and the specific Service List Item that relates to your created Service Item.

Please make sure to select the correct available services from the matching services category you selected in the Service Organisation setup.

This will allow you to create additional Service items with a specific name and price i.e. ‘SERV-001 - General House cleaning Saturday’ with an increased Unit Cost

You can then continue to create the Service Item with the normal remaining fields. If you are unsure what to select, edit a similar existing line item and match it’s settings.
