Participant Statements to be ready by end of February
We’re pleased to let you know that Support at Home participant statements will be available by the end of February.
Our team is currently completing the final rounds of testing to ensure the statements are accurate, reliable, and provide the level of detail you and your participants expect. We know you have been waiting for this functionality, and we sincerely appreciate your patience while we take these important steps to deliver a high-quality outcome.
As we prepare for the release of this new feature, we’re pleased to share a sample participant statement to give you an early view of the design and content. This sample is indicative of a participant with a Home Support ongoing budget and Home Care account; all budget types will also be supported at launch. Please note this is a preview and minor changes may occur before release.
We’ll provide further information and guidance shortly to help you get started as soon as the feature is released.
