Service Agreements

We’ve introduced new Service Agreement fields for CHSP funding types to support clearer tracking and compliance. Admins can now enable mandatory Service Agreement requirements within a funding types profile and this will prompt users to either enter a start date or mark the agreement as pending when creating a client. Client profiles now display colour-coded indicators for active agreements, pending status and review recommended. All existing CHSP records will default to pending until updated.
