Release Notes 2.102.0
We’re excited to share the latest updates and improvements in this release! Here’s what’s new:
✨New Feature:
My Aged Care (MAC) DEX Updates:
- New funding type toggle
A new toggle has been added to funding types: “Registered for My Aged Care is mandatory.” This allows providers to decide which funding types should have this feature turned on or off.
When enabled, the system will not prevent users from creating or saving a client without a My Aged Care number. Instead, a warning message will be displayed on the client profile:
“This client has a funding type assigned that requires the My Aged Care number added, but it’s missing.”
- My Aged Care number validation
Validation has been introduced on the My Aged Care Number field to meet Department requirements.
The number must be:
- 10 characters
- Format: AANNNNNNNN
If the entered value does not meet this format, users will see an error message prompting them to correct it before saving.
- DEX export updates
The DEX export has been updated to pass through the following fields:
- Registered for My Aged Care
- MAC ID
Export behaviour:
- If no MAC ID is present on the client profile, “Registered for MAC” will be sent as FALSE (this is an acceptable status).
- If a MAC ID is present, “Registered for MAC” will be sent as TRUE.
- If a MAC ID is present but not in the correct format, the DEX import will fail, and an error message will be returned by the Data Exchange.
Cancel Recurring Bookings by Date Range
The ability to cancel recurring bookings within a specified date range has been introduced. This enhancement supports scenarios where a client temporarily pauses services, such as during a hospital stay or holiday, while normally having regular recurring bookings.
To ensure clarity for the different cancellation options, we have removed the “Cancel all future rescheduled bookings linked with this one” and replaced it with a new toggle called “Cancel scheduled recurring bookings”. Once the “cancel scheduled recurring bookings” has been selected, users will now see two options:
- “Cancel all future bookings linked with this one” OR
- “Cancel a date range of future bookings linked with this one”
To proceed with cancelling bookings within a certain date range, select the “cancel a date range of future bookings linked with this one”. A new box will appear, allowing you to enter a from and until date, by either typing the date or using the date picker.
Once you have entered your date range, the details of bookings included with the cancellation will update. By selecting “Show details”, users will be able to see what additional bookings are going to be included in the cancellation. Example below -
==REMINDER:== If you wish to cancel all legs of a booking plus any future recurrences, please don’t forget to toggle on the “Cancel all bookings on the same day linked with this one” as well as the “Cancel scheduled recurring bookings”
🛠️Updates and Improvements:
Query Builder - Vehicle Run: Vehicle Type Field
An issue has been resolved where the Vehicle Type field was not populating when used within the Query Builder’s Vehicle Run module. The field now populates as expected and is correctly displayed in generated reports, ensuring accurate and reliable reporting.
