✨New Feature:

Drivers App - Dependents Visual

The Driver App now displays Dependents traveling with a client, like it does Carers. The layout, size, and placement of the Dependent visual have been designed to match the Carer display for a clear and consistent user experience.

For clients with multiple dependents, all associated dependents will be displayed clearly, ensuring drivers have full visibility of everyone accompanying the client.

🛠️Updates and Improvements:

TfNSW Error Reporting

An issue has been resolved where the TfNSW error report was not logging all errors in a single export. It had been reported that users sometimes needed to run the TfNSW error report multiple times to see all errors. All errors now log in a single export.

The error log has also been improved to include the client UUID and Journey Run ID, making it easier for users to identify which client or journey each error relates to.

Roles & Permissions - Manage client’s permission

An issue has been resolved where users without the “Manage Clients - Create, update, and delete clients” permission could still load the Create Client form. Previously, these users would see the form but encounter an error when attempting to save, resulting in wasted time.

With this fix, users who do not have permission will no longer see the Create Client button, and attempting to access the create client page via a direct URL will display an error. This ensures client creation and editing is fully restricted according to assigned permissions.

Deallocation - Booking Deletion

Deleted bookings that were previously allocated could still trigger booking reminder notifications. Deleted bookings are now automatically deallocated at the time of deletion, preventing incorrect notifications from being sent.

Message Centre - Recipient Selection Fix

An issue has been resolved where the Message Centre was showing deactivated drivers as available recipients. The system now correctly excludes deactivated drivers from the recipient selection, allowing users to send messages to all active, selected active or individual active drivers.

Client Referrals - Referral Source Added

A new option, “Third Party Provider”, has been added to the Referral Sources dropdown in Client Referrals. This provides a generic option for adding details for agencies or other organisations that refer clients, allowing providers to use the existing free text field to specify the organisation name without adding multiple specific entries to the dropdown.

TRIPS Driver App: Completed Booking Icon

An issue has been resolved in the TRIPS Driver App where the tick icon was not displaying for completed bookings. Previously, a question mark icon appeared beside the client’s name. This has now been corrected, and the tick icon displays correctly for completed bookings.
