We’re excited to share the latest updates and improvements in this release! Here’s what’s new:

🛠️Updates and Improvements:

Load/Unload - Drivers App (Show Next Stop)

Load/Unload functionality has been added to the “Show Next Stop” view on the Drivers App, enabling drivers to action loading and unloading directly from this view, previously this could only be actioned via the Show Run List view.

Please note: Load/Unload is a feature that is enabled with a setting. If this setting is not on for your organisation, the button will not be visible in the Driver’s App

Invoice Total - Custom Report Builder

Resolved an issue where, in edge cases, the invoice total displayed in the Custom Report Builder preview did not align with the total in the exported (downloaded) report.

Modification Compliance Plate Date no longer mandatory

Resolved an issue where the Modification Compliance Plate Date field was treated as mandatory when creating or editing a vehicle, this preventing Vehicles from being saved - created or updated if left blank.

Modification Compliance Plate Date Field - Not mandatory.

Default Message to Driver Displaying in Booking Form/Booking Details page

Resolved a visual issue where the default Message for Driver was not displaying in the Create Booking form, Booking Details page or Edit Booking form. The message was still correctly displaying - visible in the Drivers App and on the Print Run Lists. The Message for Driver now visible - populating as expected across all areas of the application.

Trip Purpose on Booking Form by Stop

You can now set a different purpose for each stop in a booking.

What this means:

  • Each stop can have its own purpose (e.g. Shopping, Medical).
  • If there are multiple clients on the booking, all clients will share the same purpose for each stop.

Example:

  • Stop 1: Shopping → shown for all clients
  • Stop 2: Medical → shown for all clients

This makes it easier to accurately reflect what each stop is for.
