Allocation: Seat identification icons and vehicle group filtering

Description: Post release of reformatted client default transport requirements, the seat identification of front seat and the ability to filter high level vehicle groups (standard, Van & Bus) was removed.

Release Notes: Vehicle and seat requirements if specific show in icon under the client name in allocations

Vehicle Group Filter

Note: development underway to introduce vehicle type filtering, this will enable user to either select from the high level of group OR filter on a specific vehicle type, such as SUV
