Issue Resolution

Reporting: TfNSW Monthly report email is being received twice

Description: NSW providers only - On export of the TfNSW ODIN export, the email advice was being received twice

Release Notes: Post export, users now only receive the completion advice once.

Bookings: Booking form should not allow keeping booking in allocation if date change

Description: When user moves the booking to other date and choose to keep the booking in allocation what happens is that the booking won’t be showing in allocation (that’s what it suppose to do). However the booking details still showing that it is allocated. The print run also shows that the booking is in the Run.

Release Notes: code change applied to the booking update selection, so when the user updates the booking to different date, it will disable to option to keep the booking on the run and show them the message why they can only choose to deallocate.

New Feature

Drivers - ability to have one or two depots attached to a driver and have ability to filter by them

Description: Some providers have multiple depots in which driver can start from. System needs to capture these depots to enable the ability to filter by a particular depot.

Release Notes: User can opt drivers into depots they operate from (section under driver abilities)

Once the first depot has been selected, click the plus + to add, keep adding depots until all are recorded

Filter the depots assigned to a driver via the main driver page

Allocation - Flag to force time and vehicle when auto allocating

Description: Issue when some providers want the manual allocated vehicle to be fix time even though it is going to optimiser, but other providers would remove them from the run.

Release Notes: Single or Multiple bookings assigned to a run,

Single stop example the user will see an option to Force Allocate via the 3 vertical dots that indicates scheduling options
