📢 We're excited to introduce a range of enhancements and fixes in this release. Here's what's new:

🎉 New Features 🎉

➡️ Drivers App - Transport Requirements and Wording Adjustments: We've improved the Driver App by ensuring that transport requirements are accurately populated. Additionally, a wheelchair icon will now be displayed if the client requires wheelchair transportation. We have also updated the wording for clarity when you open the "Transport" button window.

We’ve updated the app to display a wheelchair icon if a client requires wheelchair transport. The app now also correctly shows the type of transport and seating needed when you click on the "Transport" button.

➡️ Allow Users to Delete Bookings:

We've added a feature that allows users to delete bookings, giving you greater control over booking management. Specific logic applies when you click on "Delete Booking," as explained below.

  • When you navigate to the booking details page of the booking you want to delete, click on "Delete Booking." A window will then pop up displaying the booking IDs of all the related booking legs within the same booking form. This feature allows you to delete all the connected booking legs for that specific client.
  • You can’t delete a single leg of a booking unless it was originally made as a one-way trip.trip
  • You can’t delete a recurring booking chain using this feature. Please refer to the method below for deleting a recurring chain.
  • If the booking you're trying to delete is part of a group booking or was made with a partner, it will only delete all the legs for that specific client, not for the partner.

From the booking details page, you now have the option to delete the entire booking. Note: You cannot delete a single leg of a booking or a recurring booking using this feature.

Displaying all the booking IDs of the legs within the booking form that will be deleted for that client.

After deletion, you can view all deleted bookings under the "Bookings" module by selecting "Deleted Bookings."

Accessing all deleted bookings in the system ➡️ Alternative Method to Delete a Recurring Booking: If you’ve accidentally created a recurring booking (e.g., every Monday for the next 6 months), you can remove it by editing the original booking. Change the “Recurring End Date” to one day after the initial booking date. This will delete all bookings beyond the updated end date. Deleted bookings can be viewed under the "Deleted Bookings" tab.

Change the end date back to the day after the first booking date.

Keep on the selected "save for this day and all future bookings in this recurrence"

🛠️ Update & Improvements ⚙️

➡️ Client Detail Page List of Bookings - Retain Filter Selection: Implemented the retention of filtered settings on the booking's tab on the client details page upon page refresh. This includes search queries, sort orders, pagination sizes, view, date range and status to enhance user experience.

You can now retain the information you are sorting by on the bookings tab on the client's profile when you the page is refreshed. ➡️ Allocations Filter UX Improvement: We’ve enhanced the Allocations filter to improve user experience, making it more intuitive and user-friendly by rearranging the filters in order of priority. Additionally, we've introduced a new filter, “Vehicle Type,” allowing you to further refine your bookings based on the type of vehicle required.

Added a new filter "vehicle type" in the allocation page under the unallocated filter section. Also rearrange the filters by most important to least importance to make it more user friendly. ➡️ Remove the "Not Isolated Booking Group" option from the Bookings Group in Optimiser. We’ve resolved an issue by removing non-isolated booking groups in the optimiser, ensuring improved functionality when optimising your schedule. These updates aim to enhance the overall user experience and system performance. Thank you for your continued support as we work to improve your Trips experience.
