🚗 Enhanced Management for Recurring Vehicle Runs We've improved the Recurring Vehicle Runs feature to give users more control. You can now view and edit, or remove all recurring runs in a series at once, including those without an end date. A recurring icon has also been added to clearly indicate when a vehicle run is part of a recurrence pattern. These update make managing recurring vehicle run schedules easier and more efficient.

👥 Carer Icon Now Visible in TRIPS Web Driver + App

The Carer icon shown in the UI when a client is traveling with a carer now also appears in the TRIPS Web Driver + app. This ensures drivers are clearly informed that an additional passenger—a carer—is accompanying the client.

👀 Improved Visibility of Duplicate Booking Icon on Client List

Based on provider feedback, we’ve updated the duplicate booking warning icon to make it more visually prominent on the client list. This change ensures that users can quickly and clearly identify potential duplicate bookings without missing critical information.

🔄 "Create Location" Button Refresh Issue Resolved

On the Locations page, the "Create Location" button would become unresponsive after closing the modal or completing a location creation, requiring users to refresh the page to reactivate it. The button now remains functional without needing a manual refresh, improving the workflow for creating multiple locations.

📏 Consistent Display of Odometer Readings Across Pages

Odometer readings that were previously inconsistent across the All Vehicles page, Vehicle Profile (including Overview and Vehicle Log tabs), and Verification page now display consistently throughout the system.

🧾 Missing Costs on Print Runsheet Resolved

Bookings with a fare type of “Payment to Driver” occasionally displayed without costs on the print runsheet. Improvements to the underlying logic now ensure that fare details consistently appear as expected.

📞 New Setting to Adjust Voice Speed for Phone Notification Reminders

We've added the ability to amend the voice speed for phone call notification reminders. A new setting is now available under Organisation Settings → Notification Settings → Global Settings, allowing providers to customise the playback speed of voice messages for booking reminders.

PLEASE NOTE: With the introduction of this setting, the default voice has been changed to a female voice. The previous voice was male. If you'd like to revert to that, please select 'Russel'.

👥 Update to Group Booking Functionality

Users were experiencing issues when trying to update group bookings that included clients with both cancelled and future bookings within the booking form. While we continue to improve this feature, updates to these group bookings can now be completed successfully. 

To help ensure booking accuracy, please make sure to use the “Cancel all bookings on the same day linked with this one” option, as shown in the screenshot below, when cancelling bookings made within the same group booking form. This helps keep your data clean and reduces the chance of errors when updating bookings.

📍Estimated Distance Now Displays Without Region Selection

The Estimated Distance field will now display correctly when a user creates a booking without selecting a region. Previously, some users observed that this field remained blank until a region was chosen. This update ensures the estimated distance appears regardless of region selection.
