🌟 New Feature Alert:

Optimiser Solutions Display in Allocations Page

We’ve introduced a new way to view optimiser solutions directly from the Allocations page.

• Providers who already use Auto Allocations; our team will be in touch to organise sessions where we can discuss the new feature and provide a demonstration.

• Providers who are interested in utilising the Auto Allocation feature, please reach out to the TRIPS Team for further details.

🛠️Updates and Improvements:

Location Restrictions: Preselected Vehicle & Multi-Vehicle Selection

We’ve improved the Location Restrictions feature to save time and reduce manual steps. When creating a restriction from a vehicle profile, that vehicle is now automatically preselected in the form. We've also added the ability to select multiple vehicles at once when creating a restriction from either a vehicle profile or by navigating to Organisation Settings > Locations > Location Restrictions. This makes it easier to apply the same restriction to several vehicles in one go.

Location Contact Number Now Displayed in Dispatch Page

We've updated the Dispatch page to display the contact number of a location - if one has been entered in the Locations page. This makes it easier for staff to quickly access the correct number when needed. The contact number will appear in the same style and position as the client's main phone number, ensuring a consistent and cohesive design.

Verification Page Time Entry Simplified

We've made it easier to verify runs/bookings by removing the need to enter a date on the verification page within the Actual Start, Actual End, Departure Time and Arrival Time fields - the date will be handled automatically and only time entry required. This speeds up the process and reduces manual entry.

Booking Cost Display in Driver App

An issue was identified where bookings not part of a sequence were showing a cost of $0.00 in the Driver App. This has now been resolved. All booking costs, regardless of whether they are part of a sequence, will now correctly display in the Driver App when the payment method is set to Payment to Driver.

Generate button added- Verification- Invoice Total

A “Generate” button has been added to each booking within the Verification page to allow a user to populate the invoice total if not generated by the System. If no cost has been applied to the booking, an invoice will now generate for $0.00 and will allow a user to update this amount if required. ==PLEASE NOTE:== ==Once the Populate Time button has been selected there will be up to a five second delay between the time the button being clicked and the Time and Invoice Amounts populating.==
