New Relationship Type - Son-in-law

The Relationship Type options within Driver and Client profiles have been updated. When creating or editing an emergency contact, users can now select Son-in-law as a relationship type.

Vehicle Region Change - Improved Handling of Runs, Bookings, and Drivers

Previously, when a vehicle’s region was changed, existing runs (including driver assignments and bookings) remained in the old region, leading to inconsistencies across regions.

This has been updated so that when a vehicle’s region is changed:

• All future bookings are deallocated
• All future runs are deleted
• The assigned driver is unassigned
• A warning message is displayed, advising of the above with an “Acknowledge and proceed” option

This ensures vehicles, runs, bookings, and drivers remain consistent within the correct region.

Bookings - Update to Cancellation Fee Invoicing

Previously, cancellation fee invoices were generated overnight. With the introduction of invoice voiding, cancellation fee invoices will now be generated when a booking is marked as cancelled.

If a booking is later uncancelled (e.g., cancellation was a mistake), the cancellation fee invoice will be voided. When the booking is then marked as complete, an invoice for the total cost will be generated as expected.

PLEASE NOTE - As we apply the cancellation fee to the first stop of a booking that is part of a sequence, if you restore an additional stop of the booking in the sequence that is not the first stop, the cancellation fee will not be removed. We will be looking to make continual improvements to this feature over the coming weeks.

Query Builder - Additional Fields Added

New fields have been added to the Query Builder to expand reporting options:

Clients Module

• Allocation Alert
• Client Comments

PLEASE NOTE: If multiple client comments exist, they will be merged into one field.

Drivers Module

• Depot Name and Address

This update ensures more complete data is available for custom reporting.
