We are pleased to introduce several notable enhancements with this release. Please find below a summary of the latest additions.
📈 Payroll & Accounts Improvements
- We've introduced a new setting in the payroll category that enables you to manually specify the number of calendar intervals that will be displayed.
- Timesheets submitted from the Worker App now round break times to the nearest minute. This prevents summing issues where totals would not match the cumulative displayed values.
- We've addressed an issue with the Xero Invoices - Refresh All Invoices function where it was timing out and not completing.
📄 Report Updates
- We've added a new feature that enables Custom Reports to be queued, allowing them to run in the background. Once the report is complete, the user will receive an alert notification.
- We've implemented a fix to ensure that smart quotes are displayed correctly in the incident PDF.
🧑💼 Worker Related Updates
- We've enhanced Leave Request Notifications to allow users to specify individuals who will receive these notifications for workers or coordinators without an assigned coordinator.
- We resolved an issue where workers without a username (meaning they don't have portal access) were not appearing in lists.
🚑 Incident Reporting Updates
- We've resolved a bug where the incident report was displaying special characters.
- We've resolved an issue to ensure that the vehicle is properly displayed in the Incidents list.

We've made a fix to prevent the background refreshing of notifications from locking the entire page every minute.

📲 Worker App Communication Enhancements
- We've fixed a bug that was causing the Worker App 'Max users reached' email to send multiple emails.
🗒️ Case Notes Update
- We've addressed an issue where the administrator would incorrectly appear as the user who created the case note when it was actually created on the worker app.
🌱 General Updates
- We've implemented a fix to ensure that the setting "Visible to workers by default" doesn't affect coordinators.
