We are pleased to introduce several notable enhancements with this release. Please find below a summary of the latest additions.
🪪 Security
- We've updated the email sent when an app login requires two-factor authentication to improve the response from the API server.
🚑 Incidents
- We've resolved an issue to ensure that smart quotes are displayed correctly in the incident PDF.
📈 Performance
- We've enhanced the database indexes to improve query performance and overall application speed.
- We've resolved an issue to ensure that the setting "Visible to workers by default" doesn't affect coordinators.
💜 NDIS
- We'll intentionally leave the ABN column blank in the NDIS export. ABNs will only be included for plan-managed services, which are excluded from the export, following the guidelines outlined in the NDIS "Bulk Payment Request" guide.
💰 Accounts
- Service organisations can now be assigned a separate ABN.
- We've improved the error message for cases where generating Xero invoices fails due to no support groups being selected. It's now clearer and more informative.
🗒️ Case Notes
- We've enhanced the system so that case notes linked to a support can now be edited directly within the support/App Data screen.
- We've introduced an improvement allowing customers to nominate a default case note category. This category will now appear as the default option in the worker app.
📲 Client App
- We've made an improvement to the client app where expired funding will no longer be displayed.
🧮 Reports
- We've fixed an issue with the Participants List report where it wouldn't use the correct service organisation if the user entered one value and then changed it.
