We are pleased to release several system improvements with this release. Please find below a summary of the latest additions.

📲 Worker App Expenses Not Transferred to Invoicing

Expenses added from the worker app during a support session were not transferring to participant invoicing. An update has been implemented to resolve this issue.

🕒 Western Australia users were not receiving notifications for Trans No Start and Trans No End

A timezone setting was identified as the cause of two worker notifications not being sent. The settings have been reviewed and updated, with additional checks performed on related configurations.

✅ Classification missing from reporting outputs.

Award classifications were not appearing in reports when selected. We have made changes to ensure this information is now included as requested.

📝 Issues with exporting NDIS Self-Managed reports

An error occurred when running the NDIS report specifically for Self Managed. The underlying data has been checked and realigned to ensure accurate information is generated.

🧮 NDIS Claim Type and Reference missing from Supports All export

Recently, NDIS Claim Type and Claim Reference data were missing from the Supports All report. Data syncing has been adjusted to ensure this information now appears correctly.

📅 The roster email PDF displays the incorrect time

When emailing a worker roster, the end time on the PDF did not match the listed end time. This issue has been reviewed and corrected with an update.
