We are pleased to release several system improvements with this release. Please find below a summary of the latest additions.

📜New Participant Status - Client Leads

A new Client Status is available = Lead.

This has been created to allow you to assign, track and report on upcoming Participants who you want to classify as Lead.

Choose Lead when creating a new Participant

Apply a Lead Type to easily reference the Service Type Category. You can add multiples based on the customers needs.

This can now be easily viewed on the Participant Profile front page.
