We are pleased to release several system improvements with this release. Please find below a summary of the latest additions.
πCareMaster Software Release v16.71, 16.71.01, 16.71.02 and 16.71.03 have been released in the past few days and contain several important fixes for Support at Home providers plus the new payment statement upload feature.
Support at Home Payment Statement Upload
You can now reconcile CareMaster supports with payment data from Services Australia. This is a required preliminary step before participant statements and contribution invoices can be generated. (Note: statements and participant invoicing are still in development - see below.)
Additional bug fixes / improvements included in v16.71
Support at Home β fix for sync errors on some Participant Profiles Weβve resolved an issue affecting SAH summary and budget syncing for some participants, caused by erroneous data received from Services Australia.
Improvements
βDelivered by 3rd Party Organisation Nameβ field reinstated This field was removed in November after advice that it was no longer required. Based on provider feedback, it has been reinstated and is now optional.
Bug Fixes
Support at Home β fix for sync errors on some Participant Profiles (v16.71.00) Weβve resolved an issue affecting SAH summary and budget syncing for some participants, caused by erroneous data received from Services Australia.
Bulk Export Fixes
We have addressed multiple issues related to the bulk export feature:
Β· Identified and fixed several scenarios where supports were not being included in the export (v16.71.02)
Β· Fixed an issue where supported dated 1 November were being excluded from the export with error "Support date is before 1st November 2025β (v16.71.03)
Β· Removed and prevented superfluous/unnecessary data from populating in the bulk export csv (v16.71.01)
Β· Made a change to omit supports with a $0 total cost from the csv to ensure that providers do not inadvertently claim the full amount for a cancelled support (v16.71.02)
Β· Made a change to apply the % reduction on a cancelled support to the unit cost to ensure that claim is not made for the full amount (where support is not reduced to $0) (v16.71.02)
Β· Populated existing supports from 1 November to today with missing funding source values β any supports marked as excluded due to missing funding source will need to be reviewed and fixed by providers going forward (V16.71.02)

Β· Fixed an issue where Participant Contribution percentages were not syncing for some participants (v16.71.01)
