🛠️ Updates & Improvements 🌱

We are pleased to release several system improvements with this release. Please find below a summary of the latest additions

Payment Statements (Claim Uploads) 

Improvement – Past uploads  The Payment Statements page now displays a list of previously uploaded Payment Statements, allowing you to review what data was uploaded to CareMaster and when. 

Improvement – Data mismatch warnings  After an XML file is uploaded, CareMaster will now display a warning if key data in the XML differs from the corresponding support record. This will generally only occur if the bulk export CSV has been edited after being exported from CareMaster.  Payment data will still be applied to the support; however, we recommend reviewing any warnings and investigating as needed. 

Bug fix – Payments tab error  We’ve resolved an issue where the Payments tab on Care Management supports was showing an error after being updated with payment data from a Payment Statement. 

Bulk Exports 

Bug fix  An issue that caused some bulk exports to fail for certain providers has been resolved. 

Participant Linking 

Bug fix – Funding limits  When a participant was unlinked from a Services Australia record, budget information was being purged but funding limits were not, resulting in inconsistent information between the participant profile and the SAH dashboard. This issue has been resolved.  To clean up any existing incorrect data, you may need to unlink, relink, and resync affected participants. 

Bug fix – Case-sensitive mismatch warning  We’ve fixed an issue where the mismatch warning was triggered due to differences in upper- and lower-case formatting of participant names. 

New Feature – Client Budgets 

A new Client Budgets page is now available, displaying all participant budgets in one place, including: 

• Total available funds 

• Amount used (this is the claimed amount with Services Australia) 

• Checked and scheduled totals in CareMaster 

You can search by participant name, budget type, or budget ID.
