NDIS Catalogue Importer - Remote and Very Remote pricing fix Following the release of 16.86.06, we identified an issue where providers in remote and very remote areas were unable to select the correct price region when importing the 2026-27 catalogue. This has been corrected.
Support at Home – Budget Balance and Usage Tracking Improvements Budget tracking for Support at Home participants has been significantly updated, bringing the balances in CareMaster into closer alignment with the Aged Care Provider Portal - including usage attributed to other providers or platforms. SCHADS and CSA Award Pay Rate Increases We have a release available from 7th July 2026, which includes the latest pay rates for SCHADS and CSA Awards. Once you are ready for your first full pay run in July, please submit a ticket via our help centre to request a version update.
Therapy provider travel & non-face-to-face — transition to _PT/_NF support items From 1 July 2026, the NDIS requires provider travel and non-face-to-face provisioning for therapy supports to be claimed against dedicated _PT/_NF support items (provider travel priced at 50% of the direct service rate, non-face-to-face at the same rate), replacing the previous calculation-based approach for provider travel and the previous same-item approach for non-face-to-face. We are working on this update and will release it soon. Supports dated before 1 July 2026 are unaffected.
