We're pleased to share the system improvements included in versions 16.87.01 and 16.87.03
Version 16.87.01 – Released 3 July 2026
Fix: Roster page not loading
We resolved an issue where the Roster page would fail to load for some users. Version 16.87.01 was rolled out on Friday 3rd July. Rostering functionality is now back to normal - no action is required on your part.
Version 16.87.03 – Available for Update
SCHADS and CSA Award increases – effective 1 July 2026
All pay rates and allowances under the SCHADS and Children's Services Awards have been updated in line with the new rates effective 1 July 2026
Important note:
- This update has NOT been applied automatically. If you are ready for your first full July pay run please submit a ticket to request a version update.
- Once you have the new version, additional actions are required to push your new pay rates to Xero - Learn more here
CSA Award correction
As part of the above update, we've also end-dated the CSA Qualifications allowance (Director or Assistant Director with Graduate Certificate in Childcare Management or equivalent) at 28 February 2026. This allowance was removed from the award in the 1 March 2026 updates and is no longer supported.

Therapy provider travel & non-face-to-face — transition to _PT/_NF support items
From 1 July 2026, the NDIS requires provider travel and non-face-to-face provisioning for therapy supports to be claimed against dedicated _PT/_NF support items (provider travel priced at 50% of the direct service rate, non-face-to-face at the same rate), replacing the previous calculation-based approach for provider travel and the previous same-item approach for non-face-to-face. We are working on this update and will release it soon. Supports dated before 1 July 2026 are unaffected.
