We're pleased to share the system improvements included in this version.
<br />DEX Stage 3 Changes
CareMaster now supports the new DEX Stage 3 reporting requirements for CHSP providers. This includes:
- Syncing the new Stage 3 service type requirements from DEX outlet activities
- New mandatory (and some optional) fields on the Supports form for eligible service types — including subcontractor and volunteer involvement, service location, meal details, respite details, and transport details
- Sending the new Stage 3 data through in the DEX Service Export

<br />Support at Home
- New export column: SAH 3rd Party Provider Name. You can now add "SAH 3rd Party Provider Name" as a column in your Supports export (XLS and PDF). When a support has been marked as delivered by a 3rd party, the provider's name will show in this column — making it easy to report on outsourced vs in-house delivery without needing extra worker profiles. Add it via Data > Support Data > Transaction List Export.
- Fixed: SAH Client Contribution Report - cancelled but billable client contributions were not appearing for invoicing in the SAH Client Contribution report. This is fixed.
Roster Optimiser
- Fixed: An intermittent error on the Optimise tab that occasionally caused results to fail to return has been resolved.
General Fixes
- Fixed: Links in support notification emails were displaying as plain text instead of clickable hyperlinks. This has been corrected.
- Fixed: "Support Not Started" email notifications were occasionally sent without the support details included. These emails now correctly show the relevant support information.
- Fixed: An issue where updating a worker's name in the Vitals section of their profile did not update the corresponding name record used elsewhere in the system.
