To deactivate a Driver in the TRIPS Web application:

Step 1 - From the main menu select “Drivers>All Drivers”. 

Step 2 - Once within the “All Drivers” page select your driver from the list to open their profile.

Step 4 - By clicking on the three vertical dots menu a drop down will appear giving you the option to “Deactivate Driver”.

Step 5 - When “Deactivate Driver” is selected, the following message will appear for you to confirm that you want to proceed and advising that the Driver will be de-allocated from any runs they are assigned to. Select “Deactivate Driver”.

PLEASE NOTE: Reactivate - To reactivate the Driver, open the desired deactivated drivers profile and click the “Reactivate Driver” button within the banner at the top of their profile.
