* Creating a new participant will now verify and warn the user if they may be a duplicate of any past or present participants
* Users are notified when their password is changed
* Users require a unique email address
* Users are sent a create password link when they are first created
* Added setting to require 2fa for all users
* Added a 2fa setup page that shows after login

# **Improvements**

* Made it easier to link missing workers in Xero
* Increased visibility on what Xero workers are linked to which CareMaster Workers
* Supports with a HCP statements now have the same editing/deleting permissions as invoiced supports
* Xero invoice filter now waits for the user to click the filter button before applying any added filters
* Added validation to worker timesheet date filter
* Dex exports are done in smaller chunks for better performance
* Users can't change other users passwords

* Can correctly navigate Xero generated invoices
* Reasons for rejecting leave are optional
* Roster participant filter can include commas if searching last name first
* Can search for unassigned supports in the support list
* Can correctly delete a timesheet event that has a manually selected auto earnings rate setting
* Can filter support list for confirmed supports
