# Prepare to Invoice

* The invoice data is populated from the completed and uploaded __Payment Statement XML__ file received for claims processed via the **Aged Care Provider Portal** and upload it into CareMaster. 
* Final confirmed contribution amounts are sourced directly from the Payment Statement and only available once the __Payment Statement XML__ file is loaded into CareMaster.
* Your Xero / MYOB Integration setup must be complete
* All supports must be marked as Checked to be eligible for Invoicing

## Invoice Process for Xero financial Integration

Once the **Payment Statement XML file is loaded into CareMaster,** you can begin raising the invoices for Xero.

Review them and Send as Draft individually by selecting the left hand side Manual box.

Go to Reporting > Account > Participant Invoice Summaries >  SaH participant contribution summary 


Input your requested dates and select your Service Organisation;

Choose to export as Excel or PDF
