Once you have completed the June 2025 Claiming export, you can begin.


## Step 1 - Update your existing Service Items with the newly synced Outlets and Activities

Go to Admin > Service Organisations and select the Service Organisation with the CHSP Services in it.

Select the Services Tab and Edit your Service Item

Scroll down to Integration Settings > Dex Settings and update the Outlet Activity and Default Activity Service Type and press Update

Continue to do this for all required Service items.


## Step 2 - Updating your existing supports with the new Outlets and Activities


When you update the new Outlets and Activities, the old ones will still be associated with a support until you edit it. 

When you edit a support the Outlet activity will update as per the change you have made but the Service Type will need to be reapplied.


\*You can edit your Supports from the Supports > All page or in any Roster view. Whatever works best for you.


Select a support from 01.07.2025 and edit. Scroll down to the CHSP / Dex section and select the updated Service Type.

Press Save and if recurring, it will prompt you to save This and Following Events to update all future supports in the series with the updated Service Type.
