1. If you experience issues with logging in, slowness or any other issues within the application, the first thing to try is clearing your cookies and cache. To do this -

5. Click on the drop-down next to *‘'Cookies’'* > click on the URL that appears beneath > right click on the URL, the work clear will appear > click on clear > you can now close the inspect window by clicking on the x in the top right corner (highlighted below by a yellow box) > hold down on your keyboard at the same time **ctrl, shift, r** to perform a refresh > your page will reload to the sign-in page, sign-in back in to the application.
