## Update a Client’s Funding Type

**Step 1** - From the Main Menu, select **“Clients.”**

**Step 2** - Search for the client and click on their name to open the profile.

**Step 3** - Navigate to the Funding Details section and click **“Edit.”**

**Step 4** - Update the funding type as required:

* **Remove a funding type:** Click remove. You will be prompted to select a reason from a dropdown menu.
* **Add a funding type:** Select the appropriate funding type from the available options.

⚠️ **Important:** A reason must be selected when removing a funding type.

**Step 5** - Ensure the correct funding type is marked as Default**.**

⚠️ **Important:** The default funding type will be used for new bookings.

**Step 6** - Click **“Save”** to apply the changes.

## Update Future Bookings

Updating the client’s funding type does **not automatically update existing bookings**. These must be updated manually.

**Step 2** - Select the booking to update and click **“Edit Booking.”**

**Step 3** - Update the Funding Type field to the correct option.
