* A change has been made to how Support costs are calculated when rounding is required. Rounding is required if the duration of the support is not an even multiplier of 3 such as 20 minutes or 55 minutes for example. The change now uses four decimals places instead of two to increase the accuracy of the cost of support, and then rounded again when calculating the cost of support to two decimal places to represent a currency value.
* Added a confirmation screen to support broadcast sms', to resolve an issue where some devices would visit the url to generate a preview and automatically accept the support
